Text and setting icon color in power bi

how i can gave the different color to the text in small title bar mean the color of favorites or browse and the colorof  icons on the main title bar like setting icon etc because when i changed the color of text in the small title bar the color of icons absorbs the same color can i change it using branding package. In the given image when i changed the color of text(browse) the color of setting icon will be changed with same color i want different color of setting icon using branding package.

Same problem here since October/2017 release
I mean, my brand package works correctly with SSRS 2016 and also the power BI released on June/2017; but since the October/2017 release, the font color for this button is different.
