SSRS Reports now shows dotted lines after powerBI upgrade

Hi,

 

I recently upgraded PowerBI RS from May 2019 to May 2020 and I noticed that all the SSRS reports that we depolyed to the server now has dotted lines when you click on any part of the report.

Please anyone experienced this before or can advise on a possible solution.
