PBIRS Blank Home Folder

I updated to the October 2020 and then installed the November 2020 update of Power BI Report Server. Ever since that update, if I deploy a new report (with or without the Store datasets using enhanced metadata format on) it works fine for a little bit and then it will stop loading data. Eventually, I get an error that says "Oops something went wrong" with no additional details. When I jump on to the web port the Home folder is completely blank. I have to restart PBIRS to get it to come back. My dataset is not huge. It is a table just under 3000 rows in a tabular model running direct query. Is this issue related to some of the other issues users are experiencing with this release?

@jbarta_mlchc

You can first try update to the newest Jan 2020 version.

Download Microsoft Power BI Report Server- October 2020 from Official Microsoft Download Center

Then you should consider try with other supported browsers.

I have updated our PBIRS to the newest update (released last week) to the October 2020 version. Is there a new January 2021 version yet?

After updating it did not completely solve the issue. For me, it is runnings fine using Edge, but when I tried to have someone else in my office run it, the data does not load, and eventually, they get Opps something went wrong error and there Home folder goes blank.
