MDMP dump files created when this is switched off in config files

We have recently upgraded to the May 2020 Release of Power BI Report Server and have noticed that the installation disk is filling up with dump files (X:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\LogFiles\SQLDmprNNNN.mdmp).

We have configured the rsreportserver.config file to switch off dump files (we have had this configuration for the past few years), but this is not having any affect anymore:

<Add Key="WatsonFlags" Value="0x0002" />

Why are these log files still being generated?

Many thanks.

Chris

Having dump files indicates you are hitting some problem in the server. You should also have files with SQLDmpnxxx.log, can you take a look at one of the most recent ones and see which errors are reported there?

Thanks
