Select the first and last TWO columns

Hi

I need to extract the first and the last two columns of the sheet. It should be dynamic in nature.
The columns are added weekly.

I need the highlighted once to be selected by powerquery.
I can select first and last column using -

#"KeepFirstAndLastColumn" =

        Table.SelectColumns(

           Replace_first_column,

           { List.First ( Table.ColumnNames ( Replace_first_column ) ),

             List.Last ( Table.ColumnNames ( Replace_first_column ) ) }

          ),

Can someone please help me to select the second last column?

Thanks
