Required license for PowerApps Custom Visual for PowerBI

What powerapps licenses are required if you want to use the powerapps custom visual within PowerBI. 

Do you need 1 $40 dollar monthly license for sharing the powerapp en do all end users need a $7 dollar monthly license for viewing on top of the required PowerBI Pro licenses (in case no O365 licenses are in place yet)?

Please review this article about licenses to share and view PowerApps, and to get better support, please post question in PowerApps forum.

On Power BI side, both dashboard/report owner and the users you share dashboard/report with should have Power BI pro license.
