I want to create a custom column with below formula in power query.

MODE = IF(OR('Final'[A]>100,'Final'[B]>112 || 'Final'[C]>70),"FTL","LTL")

Try this:

if [A] > 100 or ([B] > 112 or [C] > 70) then "FTL" else "LTL"
