How to shape data by cell and not by column?

Hi everyone,

I hope your're well and can help the newbie I am.

I need to import and compile 25 identical excel files (KPI) - my problem is that my data (indicatirs) are either percentages or numbers within the same columns. I know it is possible to decide that column X will be % only, but is it possible to do so per cell ?

Thanks in advance,

Best

Hi @ninonninus ,

Sorry, not very clear and I need more information.

Do you want percentages and numbers to exist in the same column at the same time?

Or, separate the percentage and number columns so that they exist in two columns.

If possible, provide some dummy data and give the corresponding desired results, presented in the form of a table. It will be very helpful in solving problems.

Best Regards,

Stephen Tao

Hi Stephen and thanks!

I want percentages and numbers to exist in the same column at the same time.

See above an example (knowing I have those kind of data for 25 different agencies, having each an excel file).

Thanks in advance,

Best

Ninon

Hi @ninonninus

It is good if you can convery percentage number multiply by 100 before you append files

If you upload all excel file as folder and you are combining, please let us know
