Decimal separator fine in power query, incorrect in report view

I have a problem where the decimal separator is correct in power query, that is it's comma, but in the report view, it's suddenly changed to a dot

 

In power Bi's regional load settings I have this

My windows region is like this:

I'm not uploading any data to the PBI service, I know there may be separate settings there, I'm only viewing in PBI Desktop.

What am I missing?

I am having the same issue.

 

Report view keeps on showing dot instead of comma as a decimal seperator

in Power Query shown correctly.

 

Anybody with help?

I should add that I don't have this problem in Excel. There everything is displaying correctly when loaded.
