Create a column that counts the occurence of a specific word from the text per row

I have 3 columns called "ID" , "Description" and "Steps". Descrption contains texts. I would like to create a new column that counts the number of times "if" appears in each cell(row) of the column "description"

Here is one way to do it. You can add a custom column with this expression.

= List.Count(List.Select(Text.Split([Description], " "), each Text.Upper(_) = "IF"))
