Hi,
I am trying to create a dashboard to visualize my data about the Customer Service cases.
I have successfully linked Micrsoft Dynamics CRM to my Power BI online.
However, not all the data is getting pulled. I do not see the Case Type or Customers for example. I tried refreshing the data. Not sure what's wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
@sdayanand,
Adding to other's post, you can follow the instructions in the official article below to connect to Dynamics CRM in Power BI Desktop.

I understand how to connect the Dataset. But there are custom fields that I have created in Dynamics CRM which are not being pulled. Is there some setting I need to change for this?
@sdayanand,
Do you use Power BI Desktop to connect to Dynamics CRM? You should be able to select custom fields in Power BI Desktop. There is a similar blog for your reference.

If you used the Get Data feature and used the Dynamics CRM "content pack" then that is kind of a pre-packaged thing and it has what it has in terms of the data. It's nice because they do a lot of work in terms of the data tables, relationships and measure calculations but if it doesn't have everything you need, you will need to use Desktop and go get all of the information you need.
