Api , access to the resource is forbidden

Hi,

I would like to know if anyone has a solution to the following problem: When I try to connect from Power BI to APi Factset (financial database) I get the following error message: "we encountered an error while trying to connect. access to the resource is forbidden".
I've already tried clearing my browser's cache files, but it didn't work.
Furthermore, in the "Error Log" tab of Factset I can see the connection attempts appearing. See image

Factset requires authetication to access their API's

How exactly are you connecting from within PBI?

thank you for your reply,
I was indeed authenticated, following a response from their support I identified my problem, the latter comes from the fact that even with a license we do not automatically have access to their API what I did not know.
