embedding power bi reports to customers _ App owns data _ service Principle _ (.net MVC)

I have following issues while embedding the reports. Suggest me the solution.

1. When i edited the code for required feilds like application id , report id , client secret etc and then run the code the following errors occur... I have used official code of microsoft.

2. As in  microsoft documentation it is explained that tenant settings are used t enable developer settings.

But in my account there are no tenant settings options shown in admin portal.

3. When i try to add permission in my app in azure directory... I could not grant the permissions.
