How can I create a bot that will cache a PowerBi report after its been updated?

I have a PowerBi report, what I am trying to do is create either a manually triggered or automated bot that caches the report after its updated. So when my users try to access the report the webpage renders in a timely manner.

Typically after a report is updated those first users have to wait a long period for the webpage to render so I am trying to avoid that.

Anyone have any ideas?

PowerApps, MS Flow,.. anything?
