We are trying to connect on prem powerbi report server to powerbi mobile through azure AD App Proxy
setup everything is working fine in web browser
link is perfectly working for external access any web browser can be able to access
but same steps if i followed to connect in powerbi app it showing me "There was a problem authenticating you account. Please try again, or contact support"
Yes followed all the steps after that only we can able to login from browser out of office network
But when trying in mobile im getting that authentication error

The Power BI app is designed to talk to the Power BI Service. It cannot communicate with on-prem report servers.
we have powerbi service and powerbi report server option available in powerbi app then what purpose of that report server
In the above link they have mentioned that report server can be connected to powerbi app
My only issue is authentication error occurs only on mobile

Do you have access to the home folder?
Yes i have complete access as i am the one who created report server as well as the dashboard so my id has full access to it and same link working in any browser without an issue only in mobile im facing that authentication issue as below image attached
