Can't see reports on mobile app

Hi,

I created a report and published it. I shared this report with another user, and neither of us can see the report on our mobile app. 

Why can't we see the report on our mobile Power BI app?

Can you please provide more details.

1. Are you pubishing to your own workspace?
2. What is your device type and Power BI app version?
3. Did the other user recieve an email with link to the report? What happens when he opens that link from his moblle?

4. are you able to view the report from the device browser, when navigating to app.powerbi.com?

What users are you shared? Internal or external account? If you share to external users, they can only use email link to check share contents. For internal user, please check 'shared with me' menu to find out shared power bi reports.

No, all the users are internal. Even when I (creator) try to pull it up on my phone, nothing shows.
