Sent dynamic email alert if condition met in Power Bi

I have a report with atable visual similar to the one below. Information will only appear on this table is column 'condition' outputs '1'
 I would like a solution , probably with power automate that sends the email recipiant (Field 'Email') an email or Teams notification if a row appears on the table with there email adress.

Hi Ibendlin, thank you for yor response. I was also think a similar appoach . However I am not clear on how I send the table via power automate and only sent the rows of the table that relate to the email recipient.

If the email address is part of the DAX query payload then you can use that in Power Automate to send each row to their intended recipient.

Create a dashboard and set an alert on one of the tiles. Ideally to be derived from a KPI or card visual.

Look into Data Activator reflexes if you are on Fabric

Or - if you know when your semantic model refreshes, trigger a Power Automate flow that checks the condition and sends the email as needed.
