How to create a static custom legend?

Hi,

I have a KPI I need to recreate which has a legend as shown below:

And my PowerBI graph needs the legend shown above:

Please provide all details as I am new to PowerBI.

Enable the legend display, or add an image visual below your column chart that has the details.
