I was connecting to sql server on-prem but i am facing this issue. I have changed setting disabled encrypt connections even though its not working. Can anyone help me to this issue.

Ensure that you have selected the correct authentication type when connecting to the SQL Server. For example:
In SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), right-click the server, select “Properties,” and under “Security,” choose “SQL Server and Windows Authentication.”
If your use the window authentication, you can choose the Window and try to connect to the SQL Service.
