I am attempting to uninstall Power BI
1. I want to install monthly updates automatically from the store, so I do not have to manually update every month
a. When I attempt to uninstall, I get an error that the uninstall requires an administrator (I am the administrator)
2. Once I uninstall I will re-install from the store so that monthly updates go smoothly.
Help?

If I understand your scenario correctly that you want to uninstall Power BI Desktop but you get an error message that you need Administrator permission?
From the April release, the Desktop will be installed from the Windows store(For Windows 10). So customers can enable auto update in the Windows store. That would be helpful.
If your device is not Windows 10, you could try to the ways below.
Please check if you have log in the Admin account.
In addition, you could have a test if you could uninstall other applications.
If you only cannot uninstall Power BI Desktop, Please show the error details.
If you cannot uninstall other applications, I suggest you could restart your device and logout your account, then log in to have a try.
If you still have this issue, it should be a System issue. Please contact the System support.
