I wanted to sign out from my google analytics account, and sign in to another account, so I went to:
File -> Options and Settins -> Data Source Settings
and then I deleted google analytics permissions.
Now when I want to sign in with google analytics, I get this error:
"an error has occurred in the script on this page", "Script error"
and when click on "Yes", it goes here:
I have tried these solutions and they didn't work for me:

I would suggest to update Power BI Desktop to the latest version, clear all permissions in Data source settings and try logging in again.
Additionally, Power BI Desktop uses the default IE browser to log in, so you can open your IE browser manually, enter Google Analytics URL and test whether you can log in successfully in the browser.
