@moizsherwani I am trying to filter a column in powerquery to exclude certain SF opportunities.

When the step is applied in powerquery, I get this error message below.

Thanks Sir.

Hi @Tiddlerontheroo,

AFAIK, Text.Contains function is used to compare two text strings.
The error message notifying you are trying to use the list in this function. Of the table fields stored the list of values. For this snceiaro, you can convert them to text strings before used in Contains function:

Table.SelectRows(#"Previous step",each Text.Contains(Text.Combine([FieldName], ","),"keyword"))

Hi Farhan, not quite sure what the question means. Its the main column in that table, with all the other attributes being related to that column, and it is text too.

sorry if I didn't expalined my question better.

I was asking if your column contains a List as Data  or simple text coming in column?

Also it would be nice if you can share the Power Query code if it doesn't contains any sensitive info.
