online image gallery from a data file for thumbnail reports - is PowerBI the right tool?

Hi, All

I am looking for a tool to build an online image gallery from a data file. file will have two or three categories, say 1-Hotel, 2-Roomtype, 3-Room Code and then the image URL which should turn into thumbnails. Data will come from one big file, and should be able to render image reports per highest level (Hotels).

Any thoughts or direction I should take? Is PowerBi the right tool? Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
