Hello,
I have a data set in a single table, 2 columns:
Gender and Position - I'm trying to find out % by Gender.
Example:
Gender = F
Managers = 10%
Developer = 5%
QA = 13%
Basically, if total Female Population is 100, Managers are 10, Developres are 5, and QA are 13. So I need a % within the groups, we have over 20 positions. I do not want to hardcode position in a measure Example: Filter(Position = "QA" and etc.
Thanks for your help.

Hi @sabeensp
Create measures
count/gender = COUNT(Table1[Gender]) total per gender = CALCULATE(COUNT(Table1[Gender]),ALLEXCEPT(Table1,Table1[Gender])) percentage = [count/gender]/[total per gender]
