new power bi licensing

I need to know if I can have a Power BI Pro license in my company, and my users have the Power BI Desktop license, just to access the dashboards that I create. I believe that I will agree to the product licensing using this form, but would like a confirmation. Thank you.

About sharing dashboards, both the owner and receiver need a Pro licence.
