hello i need some help with a parameter.
i have a parameter in my query editor that filters a table. if i publish this dashboard the end user cant use this parameter is there a way that if the end user opens this dashboard he sees this screen (see screenshot)

According to the official documentation:
As a report creator, you define parameters in Power BI Desktop. When you publish that report to the Power BI service, the parameter settings and selections travel with it. You can review and edit parameter settings in the Power BI service, but not create them.
Parameters created in the Query Editor are mainly used during the data preparation phase, you can find the parameters you created in the settings below:
