I have 2 tables.

how should i write the formula so that the following can be achieved?

Assuming there will only be unique entries in the Team column of Table 1, build a relations from the Team column of Table 2 to the Team column of Table 1. To your Table visual, drag Team and Name column from Table 1 and write this measure
=SUM('Table 1'[Target])
Drag this measure to the visual.
