Hello,
I am trying to use the KPI visualization and am running into some difficulty. It seems that the KPI value is showing the sum of the last day in the date range chosen. I have created a new measure to find a running sum of the KPI value (a count of transactions), here is that measure:
Cumulative Chargeback Count =
calculate( SUM ( tb_BI_factTransaction[Chargeback_count] ),
FILTER (ALL ( tb_BI_factTransaction[Chargeback_date] ),
tb_BI_factTransaction[Chargeback_date] <= MAX ( tb_BI_factTransaction[Chargeback_date] )
))
Despite using this measure, the value that is showing up in the KPI is still the sum of the last day's transactions. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
@Anonymous
Hi,
There is nothing with the formula of the measure. It always show the value of the last unit of “Trend axis”. Maybe you can try to create a cumulative measure for "Indicator", and also the "Target goals".
Best Regards!
Dale
Thank you for the advice, Dale. I have used the cumulative measure in the indicator. However, I haven't put anything in the target goals as I do not have one as of yet. The code for the cumulative measure I am using is in my original post.
@Anonymous and if you used a normal card visual does it have the same issue?

The card visual shows the what I would expect (38K), the kpi shows 221. They are both pulling the same measure that I created.
