uninstall french version, and re install with last english version the same

Based on my research, this issue should be related with IE security level. The high level security may block some authentication. Please check if Security Level is "Medium-high".

By default we are in Medium-High

I even tried with medium , the same.

Option with custom ?

Please also clear the IE browser history and reset the IE settings, then check if the issue persists.
