help with basic dax min() of date

Hi

how i can find the minimun(the first date for each item) date for each item in this tabale with dax ? 

date              item   min date?

2/1/17             3

1/1/17             3

6/7/17            4

5/5/17           4

You can create a measure below: 

 

MinDate = CALCULATE(MIN('Table1'[date]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table1'),'Table1'[item]=MAX('Table1'[item])))
