find if the order of blood test was right.

I have table called LabData , which contains all the data related to blood test of hepatitis. Normally, when a patient comes to the hospital, anti hcv (strip method) is done and then PCR is done for the same patient. I need to check if there were any patients for whom PCR was done before or without the strip method. which means if for  every patient the first ordered test is anti hcv and second test is pcr , then it is fine. else not the correct order. I have order dates, name of tests, result date and result for each MRN(medical record number). Please help, this is very urgent.
