- Filter = Approval Date = currrent month OR

Hi,
I am confused about your requirement, but hope this measure can help:
Measure = IF(MAX('Table'[App Date])=TODAY()||MAX('Table'[Approval Date])=TODAY()||MAX('Table'[Funding Date])=TODAY()||MAX('Table'[UW Submit Date])=TODAY(),1,0)
Please give more info about your sample data and expected result as screenshots.

Thanks!

MAYBE explaining better what you want to do would help, but anyway you can't have filters in OR. Filters are always in AND.
What you can do is to have a secondary calculated column where you calculate the month based on your ORs and use that as a filter.
