fill values for repeated rows in table power bi

I have built a Budget v Orders v Invoice report, the report wants to viewed on a period level which both the budget and invoices are split down to. The Orders data is only summarised by season and is related using a minimum season date. I want to be able to fill at least the YTD sections for every line of the periods.
