Create new Table in PBI
1) Calendar = Calendar("01-01-2017";"31-12-2017")
Create Columns
2) Month_Nu = Month([calendar])
3) Month = Format([calendar];"MMMM")
And Sort Month by Month_Nu
And create relationship (Calendar - Your date)
Oh, try TRY turn off visualisation sort. Sometimes "visualisation sort" can errors

if so under the modelling tab set the month name to sort by the month number
