How do i create a drop down like this in Power BI with single selection?

As a workaround, you can try what @parry2k says. At the present, there is no visual that fully meets your needs. Maybe you can try to customize the visual,you could start here.

@vignesh-490 you cannot have a checkmark but Power BI has a radio box with a single selection,
first, click on the arrow on the top right corner of the slicer and change it to drop down:
go to the format pane and change it to a single select

Can i create a custom dropdown without radio button or checkbox with my own color highlights ?
