count blank rows as on day 1 of every month

Hi Everyone,

I have two tables.....in first table I want to count the rows where status column is blank as on 1st day of the month from the second table which is my date table....both has one to many relationship.....I am below but not working...Please help

BlankRowCount = CALCULATE( COUNTROWS('Table1'), FILTER( 'Table1', 'Table1'[status] = BLANK() ), FILTER( 'DateTable', DAY('DateTable'[Date]) = 1 ) )

BlankRowCount = 
CALCULATE( 
    COUNTROWS('Table1'), 
    ISBLANK ( 'Table1'[status] ), 
    DAY('DateTable'[Date]) = 1 
)
