Hi there,
I'm trying to do something like the below simplified example. so depending on the category on the axis, I want the bar to be coloured differently. In below example there are 3 different colours, but I'd be happy if for example there would be a limit of 2 different ones. my source table contains the ranking as listed in the table.
any suggestions?
thanks

You are certain you can't see the three dots when you hover over the upper right corner?
It has been available for sometime as far as i know.
It does not appear however if you have something in the legend data field.
Hi,
If i understand correctly then you could use and play around with conditional formatting of the data colors
Use category rank for example and then change rules to what you need
thanks for your response. I don't seem to have the option of conditional formatting under data colors, just the one color. Is that a recent addition to pbi? I don't think I installed the latest version. Or would the conditional formatting be elsewhere in maintained?

I had something in my legend field. I've taken it out now which brings up opportunities. Both conditional formatting and manually assigning colours to different categories.
thanks for having pointed that out around the legend.
all sorted now.
