im trying to show YTD Vs last year YTD using combo chart , however i would like to show it in a specific design that im not sure there is a custom visual for it or work around
example of what i have right now :
so as you can see i removed the line and only kept the circle . what im trying to show:
1-solid horizontal line instead of the cirle
2- for a specific date range , let's say Jan10-jan27 i want to show the date range in the x-axis with all dates as blank (without bars) and only 1 bar for the current date (jan27) so that the current date is highlighted differently

Depending on your needs, you can make custom changes to the format in the combo visual. I have done tests with the following references:

How are you expecting to draw a solid line from a single data point?
yes, instead of a circle i want to have a solid horizontal line to compare with the bar value
