Hi all,
A colleague shared links to BI reports with a number of us, but since they have left, the links to the reports no longer work, so now when the window opens, it is blank apart from the message, 'this content isn't available'. I'm assuming it's because their account has been deactivated now. But before I approach out IT team about the possibility of reactivating the account, is there any other reason this could be happening? Also, if they can reactivate the account, will the information still be there and can ownership be reassigned to myself or another colleague? If so, how would I go about doing this?
