What version are you using?

 

https://store.office.com/en-us/app.aspx?assetid=WA104380756&sourcecorrid=351757e9-fc08-4ebc-90e9-fc9...

 

I see the version in the office store is semi-recent (21st March 2017), so if you aren't using that one if might help to update to that.
