I cannot sign in to PowerBI Desktop using my company and work email but i can sign in to Power Bi Web service from web
I am having the same issue. In my case I enter my company email. I am then taken to my company's Office 365 login window. I enter my password and I am taken to a Power BI window that says I don't have a Power BI account and would I like one.
Two other important details are that my company has Two-Factor Authentication enabled. I am not notified that this is a requirement after entering my password on the O365 sing in window. Another important point is that I have another work computer that is able to sign me in just fine.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of Power BI Desktop and clearing my Credentials Manager in the control pannel. My first computer still cannot log in to Power BI Desktop with all the same errors, while my second computer continues to sign in fine. Are there other local settings or factors that could be affecting my first computers ability to sign in?
