Hi,

Please help me to find a measue for this issue. Herewith i have attached an image for your reference

 

 output should like sum of population for india it should be displyed as 60 respective of each state, like wise other countries also..

Your Measure would look like

 

Total_Sum = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Population]),ALL('Table'[State]))
