Hi,
I am trying to get access to sharepoint folder in a remote desktop environment. I have access to the folder online but via get data in desktop it does not catch my credentials. I have removed global permission and try to add credentials several times but no success.
Outside of the remote desktop environment I am able to get data sharepoint folder.
Why is there a difference in remote desktop and outside remote desktop (normal) in getting access to sharepoint folder through PB desktop.
How to solve the issue????

If you the sharepoint folder is on-premise,
since server your power bi desktop runs and other SharePoint folder lies are not the same server,
please make sure the two servers can communicate with each other.
If the sharepoint folder is online, please select "organization"->sign in with the account which have permission to access this Excel.
