Working Days for a transaction date's month

I have Transaction Date column in a table and i would like to create a column which will calculate a no. of working days for that month. Let's say if Transaction date is 6/8/2017 no of working days should be 25 same for every transaction date for this month. Is this possible? If so, please let me know how (formula)
