Why do percentage values in my model show as whole numbers in my visualizations?

In my model I have data that contains the following columns

As you can see the "sum of percentage full" column is formated as a %. However when I try to build my visualization showing Percentage full by pool name (filtered on a specific date) it will only show as number value. How do I get my visualization to show a % value like the model does?

In Power BI, select your column in fields pane > go to "Column tools" > Formatting %
