Whats the best way to do this???

Hi All,

I am wondering whats the best way to work out the following please....

We run a helpdesk in which we have all the ticket data (Ticket Type, Date, Assignee, Organisation etc etc)

We also have clients onboarding all the time (We match using the Organisation and Date of Go Live)

We want to display the number and types of tickets submitted by "Onboarding Clients" within their first 3 Months.

The key driver is to focus our onboarding plan and training around these types of tickets to "Prevent" them moving forward.

If anyone has any idea how we can achieve this, please let me know!

Kudos and pictures of your work in motion will follow

Thanks Guys!

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

@NathanMoorhouse add new column in your ticket table

Month Since Go Live Date =
DATEDIFF( RELATED( Client[Go Live Date] ), Data[Created at], MONTH )

And now you can add a filter where this new column is less than equal to 3

@NathanMoorhouse if you can share sample data in excel using onedrive/google drive and expected output, it will help.

Hi All,

Please find attached first the "Ticket Update Data"

This has been edited to include 3 clients (Client 1, 2 and 3)

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PHzUSCXsVLr2UlcVAzkin61NSiUl4pB5hoGAlh1DFDs/edit?usp=sharing

Please find attached the Client Go Live Dates (Again referencing Client 1,2 and 3)

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KL1XQvStKoJUJEhZOnrBpzpfZrP8sN2OwfAJZ50m_PU/edit?usp=sharing

Desired output breakdown

We want to return all tickets by ID, created by the client in the first 3 Months after their "Go Live date"

Thanks all!
