What's the fastest or most efficient way to convert my table?

Hi! I have a table of monthly goals for FY 2023 - for each group and state.

What's the fastest way in PowerBI to convert my Table 1 (where each month goal is in indivdual column) into Table 2 (which has 1 column for goals and 1 column for Month name) instead?

Table 1

Table 2

I tried to create individual table for each month and then append them together, but I was hoping someone knows a better solution. Thank you!

Unpivot the month columns in the query editor.
