What are some of the Analytics pane limitations?

  1. The Analytics pane has no multi-instance support yet. The only selector an object can have is static (that is, selector: null), and Power BI visuals can't have user-defined multiple instances of a card.

  2. Properties of type integer aren't displayed correctly. As a workaround, use type numeric instead.

You can't apply any dynamic lines to these visuals:

  • Funnel
  • Line and clustered column chart
  • Line and stacked column chart
  • Ribbon chart
  • Non-Cartesian visuals, such as Donut chart, Gauge, Matrix, Pie chart, and Table
