Week beginning listed in Rows , can be connected to Date dimension?

Hi , I have Week Beginning listed horizondally as below. Is it possible to connect this to date dimension with the current format.

@amitchandak  This is not the entire dataset. The entire dataset looks like the below one with 10K rows.. Ideally i have resources with the project name and their weekly time allocation.
