I was browsing the Data Stories Gallery and came across something that would be very useful to use. It seems to have a visual that has a right and left arrow button when you hover over it and can switch between chart types (bar, line, etc.). Does anyone know what visual this is using?

the transition between the visuals is smooth, like an animation.
If you use bookmarks there is no transition.

I think this effect might be a button(actions has bound to the bookmarks) as Patrick shows in the following video to achieve dynamic switch:
